Next up – Sharon Mesmer

Writer Sharon Mesmer—author of Half Angel, Half Lunch (2002), Annoying Diabetic Bitch (2007) and The Virgin Formica (2008)—makes her first appearance in the UMaine New Writing Series on Thursday, February 25, 2010. The reading takes place at 4:30pm in the Soderberg Center Auditorium on the University of Maine’s flagship campus in Orono and is free and open to the public (though seating is limited). Due to the graphic language in some of Mesmer’s work, the performance may not be suitable for all audience members.
